Tom Crean was an amazing man. He travelled and explored the Antarctic a hundred years ago.

The man so impressesed me that I made a video about him!

Well he’s gone …. he resigned.

He didn’t go willingly but Dan Boyle’s no confidence in him on Twitter was curtains for him.

Twas a bit ridiculous when the vote of no confidence was beaten by Fianna Fáil with the support of the Greens.

Yet ’twas the Greens and Twitter burned him.

Though I don’t use Twitter tis a great invention.

It’s amazing the allegations he made about a Sinn Féin Councillor in Limerick in the run up to the last election.

He said the Councillor ran a brothel etc. …. allegations which he later retracted and had to pay compensation for.

The Limerick Leader recorded the allegations.

Gordon Waller (June 4th 1945 – July 17th 2009) was one half of the 1960′s duo Peter and Gordon.

Their biggest hit was ‘A World Without Love’.

Peter and Gordon disbanded in 1968.

Waller died of a heart attack.

In the video Gordon Waller is on the left.

Rest In Peace Gordon.

Apparently this version was all because an Irish audience was bored at a Smokie concert and when the band sang the song they shouted “Who the fuck is Alice?” back at the band. It could only happen in Ireland!
