Yves Saint Laurent has died in Paris at the age of 71.
The designer who retired in 2002 had been suffering from a long illness.
He made the beatnik look (the tight pants, the thigh high boots and the tuxedo suit) for women popular.
“You have to regard every fashion with humor, to be above it, believe in it enough to give the impression of living it but not too much, so that you keep your freedom.”
Rest In Peace Yves Saint Laurent.
The beatnik look, the tight pants and the thigh high boots were not for me but I did like the tuxedo suit.

He also made one of my favourite perfumes “Paris”
Oh I hate to be nit-picking… but here I go…
The title “Yves Saint Laurent et mort” means “Yves Saint Laurent AND dead”.
For “Yves Saint Laurent IS dead” you want “Yves Saint Laurent est mort”.
Basically, you forgot the ‘s’.
